Vintage 70s gingham handkerchief print M-L

Butterfly collar with a gingham handkerchief country look print. It is great vintage condition, I found no flaws. Wash wear typical of a piece this old. The tag is too faded to read. I am guessing a size M-L. Please use the measurements for correct size fit.
