RARE Antique ''Great Seal of California State'' Bronze Dish

Rare Antique Handmade Cast Bronze Dish w/ beautifully detailed ‘Great Seal of the State of California’. Relief Art, sharp detail, clean lines. California mountains, ocean, gold-mining, Calif Poppies…. Crude Signature; WM & #305.
I searched & had the backstory & age authenticated but not exact artists name.
Back story; inherited, told they were made for specific state employees & couldn’t possibly be any younger than 1930 (could be older). There were 2, the other had consecutive number of #304, orig owners gifted it to his caretaker who admired it - I just recently had them looked at.
