Gouda rare candle holder lantern dutch folkart holland signed votive antique

I could be wrong on the year of this one... they were made in the early 1900''s and supposedly you can tell how old they are by the markings on the bottom, but I''m not able to figure that out. It is signed by the artist.

This candle holder measures about 9 inches tall and is pretty heavy. It does have the small chip at the back vent. please see the photo with my finger.
