Vintage American Flyer train set

Huge American Flyer vintage train set. Total weight is over 25lbs. Some of the original paperwork is included and it has an inspection date of 1949. I’m uncertain if the entire set is from the same timeframe. Please judge for yourself. There are 19 curved tracks 10 straight tracks 4 junction pieces. One of them is still in original the packaging. 11 train cars. The crane car needs a new rope for the pulley assembly, the current one is broken. Several other items including some buildings, live stock little plastic figurines with fake trees, bushes and a Christmas tree with small stacks of presents. Please see the photos everything is included. The set is untested. Please be the judge for yourself for the age and condition of the train set. I’m not a train expert but this is a very nice set and in great condition for its age.
