Owen Jones Chromolithograph Chinese No. 3 Black Gold 22" X 18 " Framed By Smith & Co. This is a very nice tile design.  Unsure of exact manufacture year/origin.  Purchased No.s 2-5 at an estate sale a while ago.  There is a small tear on the black frame paper, but print and frame in great pre-loved condition.  See photos.
