This is a very rare antique book that is nearly 200 years old! 1846 The Gradual Primer or Primary School Enunciator Part I Child’s First Step by David B. Tower.

You can see there is foxing throughout and the binding is loosened but all pages are intact.

A Victorian era student named Susan Amelia Brush owned this book in 1847. She wrote her name and the year on the first page and included a slip of paper with her name written as well.

Purchased at an estate sale in Long Island New York. Beautiful piece. You will not find anything like this, grab it before someone else does.
