There is a plastic "shell" that is glued to the back of the inside of the box that holds the stand. The glue (due to age) has dried and the shell has come off. Stand is still fine. Back of inside is still fine (no tears). Will probably wrap up stand and shell together in plastic bag and or bubble wrap to prevent it rattling around during shipping.
