If you know Porsche history at LeMans, you have read about the #23 Porsche 917k driven by Hans Herrmann and Richard Attwood in the 1970 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car was driven by Porsche Salzburg and was the first overall winner at Le Mans in 1970. Considering the history of Porsche and all their racing wins and pedigree, this is a car to have in your collection.

I purchased this brand new and kept it in its factory box until the clear plastic began to detach from box. I did not feel it could be repaired and look as good as the original box. I purchased a nice case for the car and moved it over and closed the lid for many years. The case is included in the auction.

It has not been played with or touched but a few times and with gloves on. I am an adult collector and have a non-smoking home. Ok
