Changable Silk M L X Duster Jacket Recycled Saris Art to Wear 80s Evening Indian VTG Metallic Embroidered Upcycled

Gorgeous 3/4 length silk duster jacket made from recycled Vanarsi/Banarsi pure shot silk sari with metallic thread zari. The collar is made from the pallu of the sari, and the stripy inner lining is created from the very end of the pallu.

The color way seems to the eye to be dominated by green, with red contrast threads that fade into blue towards the bottom half of the jacket. Lined with quilted green silk. Jacket is open with a single interior breast pocket.

Good vintage condition with a little bit of wear to the silk by the sleeve hems, as well as some loose threads to the collar embroidery. Without other known flaws or defects.
