Vintage IBM ThinkPad 760 CD ED laptop Raised Keyboard 9546 Windows 98

Please read carefully!!



We have a vintage IBM Think Pad 760 up for sale. Unsure if this is a ED or CD as the keyboard is labeled as ED, however the underside label states CD (Both pictured). Previous owner may have swapped the keyboard.

Unit works intermittently. It boots into Windows 98 most of the time. Its seems as though the hard drive caddy latch maybe slightly loose, which causes the laptop not to boot into the drive. Battery probably needs to be replaced. This is not being sold with a charger at this point. We may be able to find a generic charger in the store upon request but no guarantees. We used a generic universal to boot up and take pics only.

Right keyboard locking latch latch up.

CD drive may need some lubricant or be replaced as it sometimes does not open.

Buyer is responsible for wiping user data.

Overall, we are selling as is for parts.
