This is the rookie Luxray card that came out during the Diamond and Pearl generation 4 era. This is considered one of the best art of Luxray also, the holo pattern is very shiny on the the right side of the card and very faint on the left. I believe the holo roll ended in half on this particular card. I haven’t seen any other like it.
