Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Yu-Gi-Oh! Card with foil error

In excellent shape, very minimal wear on corners. Ultra rare. The artwork has a thin, blank line at the top of the foil, as if it were printed too low. Last photo is a comparison of the card for sale vs a normal one.
